Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between you and Hedlako in connection with your use of our online learning platform and related services. By completing a purchase or enrolling in any paid program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
1. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all users who access paid features, purchase course enrollments, subscribe to learning plans, or make any financial transaction through the Hedlako platform accessible at hedlako.com. They apply regardless of the user's geographical location or citizenship.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for all transactions on the platform:
- Major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro
- Bank transfers where supported
- Digital payment wallets supported through our payment processor
- Any additional payment methods displayed at the time of checkout
All payment methods must be valid, current, and authorized for use by the account holder. We reserve the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on the platform are shown in the currency applicable to your account region. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. The final amount charged will be confirmed before you complete any transaction.
Hedlako reserves the right to change pricing for any service or program at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed at the time the change takes effect.
4. Billing and Charges
4.1 One-Time Purchases
For single-enrollment products or one-time purchases, your payment method will be charged at the moment you confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation of the transaction via the email address associated with your account.
4.2 Subscription Plans
If you purchase a subscription-based plan, your payment method will be charged on the first day of each billing cycle. Billing cycles may be monthly or annual depending on the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date in accordance with Section 8 of these terms.
4.3 Failed Payments
If a charge to your payment method fails, access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled. We may attempt to process the payment again within a reasonable period. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain accurate and up to date.
5. Taxes and Additional Fees
You are responsible for any taxes, levies, duties, or similar charges applicable to your purchases under the laws of your jurisdiction. Where Hedlako is required by applicable law to collect and remit such charges, they will be added to the total amount displayed at checkout. Any bank or intermediary fees associated with international transfers are the sole responsibility of the payer.
6. Invoices and Receipts
An electronic receipt will be issued for each completed transaction and sent to the email address on your account. Invoices can be accessed at any time through your account settings under the billing section. It is your responsibility to retain copies of invoices for your own records.
7. Promotional Offers and Discounts
From time to time, Hedlako may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or trial access to paid features. The following conditions apply to all promotional offers:
- Promotional codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively
- Only one promotional code may be applied per transaction unless otherwise stated
- Promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value
- Hedlako reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time
8. Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle unless required by applicable consumer protection law or expressly stated in a specific offer.
9. Refund Policy
9.1 General Conditions
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product purchased and the circumstances of the request. Requests must be submitted through our official support channel at support@hedlako.com within the applicable timeframe.
9.2 Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- A technical error on our part prevented you from accessing the purchased content
- A duplicate charge was processed for the same transaction
- Your request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase and you have not accessed more than 20 percent of the enrolled content
9.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Purchases where substantial course content has been consumed
- Subscriptions cancelled after the renewal date has passed
- One-time purchases of downloadable or consumable materials after access has been granted
- Purchases made using promotional credits or gift vouchers
9.4 Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, you must contact our support team at support@hedlako.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.
11. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Hedlako is not liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from compromised account access. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or payment method, you must notify us immediately at support@hedlako.com.
12. Changes to Payment Terms
Hedlako reserves the right to update or modify these Payment Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform and its paid services following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email or through an in-platform notification.
