DMCA Policy

Hedlako respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Hedlako will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. This policy describes how copyright owners may submit a valid notice and how accused parties may respond.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on hedlako.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following elements to be considered valid.
1.1 Required Elements of a Valid Notice
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with sufficient detail to allow Hedlako to locate the material on the platform.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Notices that do not comply with the requirements described above may not receive a response or be acted upon.
2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent.
2.1 Required Elements of a Counter-Notification
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for the resolution of any dispute with the complainant.
2.2 Processing Your Counter-Notification
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Hedlako will transmit a copy to the original complainant. If the complainant does not provide notice of a pending court action within the applicable statutory period, the removed material may be restored or access to it reinstated at Hedlako's discretion.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Hedlako maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is any user who has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA takedown notice. Account termination decisions are made at the sole discretion of Hedlako and do not require prior notice to the affected user.
4. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that submitting a notice or counter-notification with false or misleading information may expose you to liability. Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to damages, including costs and legal fees incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner, or Hedlako.
5. Good-Faith Processing
Hedlako will process all valid DMCA notices in good faith and within a reasonable time. We reserve the right to decline to act on notices that are incomplete, inaccurate, abusive, or otherwise fail to meet the requirements described in this policy. Hedlako is not in a position to adjudicate disputes between third parties and encourages parties to resolve copyright disputes through direct communication where possible.

7. Changes to This Policy
Hedlako reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. When changes are made, the updated date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the updated policy.
