These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services, platform, and content provided by Hedlako. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

By registering an account, accessing course materials, participating in seminars, or otherwise using any feature of the Hedlako platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hedlako.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.

2. Eligibility

To use the Hedlako platform, you must meet the following conditions:

You are at least 16 years of age, or the age of digital consent applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law.
You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when creating your account. You may not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or use a name that is offensive, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@hedlako.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. Hedlako will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 One Account per User

Each individual may maintain only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, access promotions multiple times, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

4. Platform Services

4.1 Description of Services

Hedlako provides an online educational platform offering seminars, structured learning programs, discussion tools, and related educational content focused on user interface design and related disciplines. Our platform is designed to serve learners regardless of their geographic location.

4.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.

4.3 Changes to Services

Hedlako reserves the right to change, update, or remove features, content, pricing, or functionality of the platform at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You must not:

Post, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the platform.
Use the platform to advertise or promote products or services without our prior written consent.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or computer systems connected to the platform.
Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the platform.
Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or scrapers to access, collect, or interact with the platform without our express written permission.
Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the performance or availability of the platform.
Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security or access control measures.
Use another user's account or credentials without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content available on the Hedlako platform, including but not limited to course materials, seminar recordings, text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Hedlako or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License to Users

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

6.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, post, or share any content on the platform, including discussion posts, feedback, or other materials, you grant Hedlako a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license, and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

6.4 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by Hedlako without any obligation to compensate you or keep such feedback confidential.

7. Payments and Enrollments

7.1 Fees

Access to certain seminars, programs, or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay all fees and any applicable taxes associated with your transaction.

7.2 Billing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you authorize the processing of charges for the services you select. Hedlako does not store full payment card details on its systems.

7.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms presented at the time of enrollment. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable once access to paid content has been granted. To inquire about a refund, contact us at support@hedlako.com.

7.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change the pricing of any service at any time. Price changes will not affect existing confirmed enrollments but will apply to new purchases made after the change takes effect.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully before creating an account.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for informational purposes only. Hedlako does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party resources. Your access to and use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of that third party.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all its content and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Hedlako expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any specific results will be achieved through use of the platform or its educational content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hedlako and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform.
Any content obtained from the platform.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
Any other matter relating to the platform or these terms.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to Hedlako in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hedlako and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the platform at any time. If you wish to close your account, please contact us at support@hedlako.com. Termination of your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

13.2 Termination by Hedlako

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner that could harm other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.

13.3 Survival

Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, and any other terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after your account is closed or terminated.

14. Electronic Communications

By creating an account or using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications from Hedlako, including service-related notices, administrative messages, and updates. These communications are considered part of your use of the platform and you may not opt out of receiving essential service communications.

15. Governing Principles and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are intended to be interpreted and enforced in accordance with general principles of fairness, good faith, and reasonable conduct. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform, we encourage you to first contact us directly at support@hedlako.com so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally before pursuing formal proceedings.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hedlako regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

18. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these terms will be effective only if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Hedlako.
